I made the mistake of watching the video that the Virginia Tech gunman sent to NBC News.  I couldn't sleep for the rest of the night.  I would recommend to anyone and everyone DO NOT WATCH IT.  It is disturbing and you will be affected by it for sure if you have been affected in even the smallest way by the shootings that occurred last week.
