This cold that I wasn’t getting? Yeah, it’s pretty bad. What I don’t get it, I have no symptoms, save a congested nose and fatigue. The worst part of a cold (at least in my opinion) is the stuffy nose! I’ve been living on decongestant (well, one every 12 hours lol), Zicam, tissues, water, and Naproxin.
My test yesterday went SO WELL! I wish I could’ve seen myself walk into that test though, because it would’ve been a funny sight. We had a torrential downpour yesterday that didn’t let up until late in the night last night. Anyway, every place I stepped while I walked from the library to the classroom was a puddle. Keep in mind, I was wearing jeans, was already cold, and had flip flops on. Retarded much? When it comes to dressing myself, sometimes I am. After the test, I ran to the bus stop because my sister was on her way to my apartment (she came up for a weekend trip since I hadn’t seen her for a couple months). I get to the little wooden bridge that I usually walk over, and there is no place to walk besides IN THE MUD. I just sucked it up and dealt with it. The entire bus ride home I was thinking, “I’m going to get ring worm!” but I haven’t. Just thinking about it now, though … ew.
Since my sister left a couple hours ago, I have been staving off the desire to do homework. I know – I’m on Spring Break now, and I deserve a break, since I have been so busy this semester! I can’t shake the feeling though. I’m at least giving myself the rest of the night off – my work wouldn’t be all that productive anyway, since I’m sick.
Are you having a good weekend? I’m off to curl up with a cup of tea and a movie!

My weekend is just beginning, because today is my boyfriend’s ‘Friday’. I work from home, so his days off end up being mine as well.
Thanks for joining SV through me! I had a couple sign-ups that I was like, “Who the heck is that?” Make sure you upload a photo!
Dayquil is where it’s at and what you need. If it effects you anything like it effects me, you will be in such a good mood you won’t even care if you’re congested. You might even find it hilarious.

I hate those kinds of colds! I get them constantly. Actually, I usually live with a stuffy nose and sinus problems all the time… So you always feel lousy even though you have no other “cold” symptoms. Hopefully it goes away for you soon! People definitely take breathing through your nose for granted lol.
What movie are you watching today?? I really wanted to watch a movie, because I’m crampy and feeling gross, but my husband says it’s too nice of a day to waste it sitting in front of the TV. So, I’m sitting in front of the computer instead. That’ll show him! Mwaha.

P.S. I just noticed that I’m on your blogroll. I’m flattered! Plus, I just read your “about” section, and it seems like we have a bunch in common. You’ll be seeing a lot of me! ;)

Awww, feel better soon, sweetie!! It’s the worst when your sickness is boderline like that. Then it’s just a huge pain in the butt and it feels like it lasts for ages. Drink lots of tea, take your vitamins, and hopefully you’ll be better soon! ♥
That’s awesome that your test went well! Omg, I can so relate to your part about the water. I work at A&F, but since I’m not in a climate that snows, I have to wear flip flops even when it’s raining out. It’s so horrible some days!
