		<description>I really like snacking on fruit, slices of cucumber, healthy popcorn, pimento cheese and triscuits, a wholewheat pita with hummus, and bananas. Well, I guess bananas are included in &quot;fruit&quot;, but I think they deserve special recognition because they are filling :)

		<description>I lost 80 pounds in the last couple of years, and I&#039;m really into the whole healthy snack thing, too. I love PB &amp; apples, broccoli and dressing, etc.. Lots of veggies and fruits. I try to avoid those 100-calorie packs and eat fruit instead. I also eat green veggies with each meal. One of my FAVE things for dinner is a vegetarian pita (meatless ham, TONS of spinach and cucumber, lots of mustard) and a bowl of vegetable soup. I usually heat up the canned soup and then add some fresh spinach. It gives you an extra serving of vegetables, and it&#039;s so yummy and filling :)</description>

		<description>I&#039;m really into &quot;fiber one&quot; bars. They are not very lacking in calorie count but they are really good one fiber. like really good. I think it says it&#039;s 35% of your daily need. Yogurt is good too, I get the low fat kind. And cottage cheese is really good for you but many people don&#039;t like it. i love it!</description>
