Yes, I realize this is almost a week late. I’m sorry! I’ve been uber busy with Christmas stuff, finals, and enjoying my time off. I’ve done a little bit of extra eating, too, which hasn’t helped with my Shrinking Jeans/WW goals. When I weighed myself on Wednesday, I was back at 180. Right on the dot. -Gulp!-
I haven’t exercised. I haven’t been logging in what I eat throughout the day. I’ve been drinking water, but not like I should be. So I’m owning up to my (bad) behavior right now and vowing to do better.
I’m not going to lie. It’s hard because I’m baking cookies to give to family and friends. On the upside, I’ve got lots of cleaning and laundry which means a couple activity points for today. I will also try to take the dogs in our neighbor’s backyard later and run around with them.
So yeah. Sorry for the delayed post. I guess part of the reason why I kept putting it off was because I’m disappointed in myself. These are the times when I seriously consider taking diet pills because I get so frustrated with myself and lose motivation. But! The negative thinking stops here.

Hey, we all have our bad days….I had a full bad week!
It’s good that you are owning up to it, I had to do the same thing. We all just need to get back up and keep on going! Why did we all try to do this during the holidays??!!
