Last couple of days

Yesterday:
- asiago bagel with strawberry cream cheese
- 2 cups of sweet tea
- a few mini banana nut muffins
- nibbles of veggies/chicken/turkey
- chicken caesar salad
- 2 beers
- 1 vodkda/grapefruit juice
Today:
- 2 eggs with pepper and cheese
- small green apple
- half glass of milk
- peanuts
- a few mini rice cakes
- Chicken Crispers from Chili’s

Food for Day 8

- asiago cheese bagel with light lowfat cream cheese
- 3 small spoonfuls of the new craisin chicken salad
- handful of cucumbers
- a very small half of sausage/egg/cheddar on a croissant
- 2 cups sweet tea
- water
- black beans and rice
- half an orange

Day Seven of New Me

I think this is the most frequent that I have ever posted. I kind of like it though. It gives me a chance to reflect on my day (as weird as that sounds).

- two egg whites with oregano, mozarella cheese (skim) and pepper

Yesterday:
- half cup of mixed fruit
- whole grain bagel with light low fat cream cheese
- half havarti cheese sandwich on french with tomatoes and pesto spread
- tuna sandwich, half with no bread
- 4 small mozarella sticks
- 1/2 brownie/ice cream dessert
Today:
- two slices whole wheat toast with light peanut butter
- milk
- fat free yogurt
